Portions & Floors for Sale in Karachi (2 ads)

A portion gives you the space of a house at a lower cost, which is why low cost portions for sale in Karachi are searched almost as often as flats. The main choice is between an upper portion, which is usually cheaper and quieter, and a ground floor portion, which suits older family members and anyone who needs direct entry. Nazimabad and Gulshan-e-Iqbal see the most activity, with new floors coming up in newly built houses across the city. Some sellers offer portions on installment. Two things to confirm before you commit: whether the portion has a separate electricity meter and its own entrance, and how the water tank and roof rights are shared with the other floor.
