Delete Your KarachiAds Account

You can permanently delete your KarachiAds account and all of your personal information at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself (instant)

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.

1. Open the KarachiAds app, or sign in at karachiads.pk
2. Go to Settings → Manage Account
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Type DELETE to confirm, and enter your password

Your personal information is erased straight away and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it for you

If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot sign in to your account, you can ask us to delete it instead:

• Use our Contact page, or
• Email [email protected] from the email address registered on your account, with the subject Delete My Account

Please include the name and phone number registered on the account so we can confirm it belongs to you. We verify every request before deleting anything, and we complete verified requests within 30 days — usually much sooner. You do not need to install the app to make this request.

What is deleted

The following personal information is erased permanently and cannot be recovered:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number and WhatsApp number
• Your password
• Your Google sign-in connection, if you used one
• Your profile photo
• All saved login sessions

All of your ads are removed from KarachiAds at the same time and are no longer visible to anyone.

What happens to everything else

Anything you sent to other people — such as chat messages or a review you left on another seller — stays in that other person's records, because it is part of their history too. However, it is no longer connected to you in any way: your name, email address and phone number are gone, and you appear only as "Deleted User".

We also keep an anonymous, deactivated account record that contains no personal information — no name, no email address, no phone number. It exists only so that older records on the site stay consistent, and it cannot be used to identify or contact you.
