1. About KarachiAds

KarachiAds.pk is a free online classified ads platform that connects buyers and sellers within Karachi, Pakistan. We provide the platform only — we are not a party to any transaction between users.

2. User Responsibilities

When you post an ad on KarachiAds, you agree that:

• You are the lawful owner of the item or authorized to sell/rent it.
• All information in your ad (title, description, price, photos, location, contact details) is accurate and truthful.
• You will not post prohibited items, including: weapons, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, or any item illegal under Pakistani law.
• You will not post duplicate, misleading, or spam ads.
• You are at least 18 years old, or using the platform under supervision of a legal guardian.

3. Ad Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any ad at any time without notice, especially ads that violate these terms, appear fraudulent, or are reported by users. Repeated violations may result in a permanent account ban.

4. Transactions & Disputes

All deals happen directly between the buyer and the seller. KarachiAds does not verify items, guarantee payments, hold funds, or provide delivery. Any dispute arising from a transaction is strictly between the parties involved. We strongly recommend following our safety guidelines: meet in a public place, inspect the item before paying, and never pay in advance.

5. Featured Ads & Paid Services

Featured ad placements are paid promotional services. Payment for featuring an ad does not exempt the ad from moderation rules. Fees for removed ads that violated our terms are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the photos and content you upload, but grant KarachiAds a license to display them on our platform and in search engines. The KarachiAds name, logo, and website design are our property.

7. Limitation of Liability

KarachiAds is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss, damage, or fraud resulting from transactions or interactions between users, service interruptions, or errors in listings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
